I grew up in Bosnia. I built my career in Dubai.
I run Proptefi. It is a real estate technology company. The market it works in is still being written.
Dubai did not exist in its current form twenty years ago. I build inside that. Most of my thinking comes from it.
For years I studied how the serious builders operated, before I was one of them. I learned the language. I mapped the patterns.
There is a gap between knowing how the game works and earning the right to play it. I lived in that gap a long time. I still do, some days. That gap is what I write from.
I am also building OwningX and SellingX. And of Tomorrow, the founder record network. What I learn building them ends up here.
Proptefi is the company behind this site. Sometimes I write about companies that compete with it, work with it, or sell to it. When that matters, I say so in the essay.
